  9. Acceptance of a proposed quotation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions which may not be varied except in writing by the owner of this company
  10. Under some circumstances we may cancel the contract without notice or compensation. This would include: fire, flood, weather conditions, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our control making it impossible to fulfil the contract
  11. We reserve our title in goods supplied until they have been paid for in full
  12. Any invoice unpaid in full by the due date shall attract interest charges accrued at base rate plus 5 per cent from the due date
  13. A quotation given is a firm price for the job, but subject to these terms and conditions.
  14. An estimate is our best estimate of the final cost but may be subject to fluctuation due to the unforseeable exigencies of the job
